Elsie Koh, MD is a vascular and interventional radiologist specializing in dialysis access management, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), venous disorders, varicocele embolization and uterine fibroid embolization. Dr. Koh provides critical maintenance and management of vascular access for dialysis patients. She also provides the diagnosis and treatment of problematic veins by performing endovascular procedures under x-ray and ultrasound. She has performed thousands of image guided procedures for more than 16 years. Dr. Koh is the Medical Director of Azura Vascular Care Woodland Park in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
Dr. Koh received her medical degree from Tufts University and Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University. She completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York and a fellowship in interventional radiology at Columbia Presbyterian in New York.
At Azura Vascular Care, Dr. Koh currently holds the role of Chief Informatics Medical Officer in addition to serving as a member of the Medical Advisory Board.
Dr. Koh is board certified in diagnostic radiology with subspecialty certificates in interventional radiology and phlebology.
