Kiran Jotwani, MD, is an interventional nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. He performs the latest in minimally invasive treatments including angioplasty, stenting, fistula salvage, thrombectomy, thrombolysis, port placement, the MILLER procedure for steal syndrome and more. He is the medical director of Azura Vascular Care Woodland Park in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
Dr. Jotwani, in practice for more than 18 years, trained at Down State Medical Center under the supervision of a vascular surgeon, interventional radiologist and interventional nephrologist. This diverse and comprehensive training enabled him to develop the critical skills needed to perform procedures that are beneficial to the function and preservation of dialysis access for dialysis patients.
Dr. Jotwani is a board-certified nephrologist and a Fellow of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrologists. He is a consultant to the Medical Advisory Board and Regional Medical Officer to Azura Vascular Care. In addition, he is a proctor for the organization in endovascular techniques related to dialysis access for physicians. He currently holds licenses in New Jersey, New York and California.
