Specializing in dialysis access management

Welcome to Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger (formerly Snapfinger Vascular Access Center) where we specialize in minimally invasive procedures for dialysis access management.

Making sure your dialysis access is functioning properly at all times is critical to your health and well-being, and at our state-of-the-art outpatient center, preserving your dialysis access is our highest priority.

We combine the perfect mix of individualized care with the latest techniques and advanced technology to restore function to your dialysis access in a caring and timely manner so that you can return quickly to your regular dialysis treatments.

Our goal is to provide outstanding service and the very best care for every patient at every visit. Our practice is committed to delivering high quality, comprehensive vascular care to our community in Decatur and the metro Atlanta area with compassion, integrity and excellence.

We work in partnership with you, your nephrologist and dialysis care team to coordinate all aspects of your vascular care, and we offer same day/next day scheduling, making it easier for you to receive care.

Led by board-certified and fellowship-trained medical director, Kevin Sullivan, MD, the highly trained clinical team offers the personal attention that patients expect and deserve—before, during, and after each procedure.

Vascular care has evolved. It’s about choices.

People living with vascular conditions don’t want overnight stays in the hospital, lengthy recovery periods and scheduling issues. They want to return to their daily lives quickly. We deliver a different healthcare experience; one that is invested in people, communication and best-in-class care.

At Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger, we are committed to superior service and delivering far more. Our patients can expect:

Prompt appointments For dialysis access management patients, Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger offers same day/next day appointments when at all possible, allowing you to return to dialysis quickly. Patients seeking treatment for other vascular conditions will experience convenient scheduling of appointments. At our center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission and return home to recover that same day.

Exceptional patient care Patients encounter a team that is kind and respectful, never indifferent.  Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable and kept well-informed.

Efficient and customized communication The team at Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger partners with your physician care team, focusing on coordinating your vascular care. Immediate post-procedure reports are sent to your referring physicians and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure.

Patient Education Our patients see us as partners working to find the best treatment to fit their individual needs in vascular care. Our online and printed materials are vital components of the patient experience and help patients to be well-informed about their health and available treatment options.

If you are a current patient, thank you for entrusting your vascular care to the experts at Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger. If you are a new patient, we welcome you to experience the personal touch that our center provides.
