  • I see that insurance procedures are a recurring problem here. The process should be improved so that you are not wasting people's time. Health inequality is a serious issue and time is not something to be played with. It is why certain people live and others do not. Please be more clear and that perceived income or access to certain insurance is a roadblock for your service. Add insurance accepted section to the site to something. I think that it would help to root out calls from 'unworthy' or poor patients.

  • This place doesn’t even require that blood be taken before a procedure to check vitals. Ther places I researched do it automatically and my friends and family were shocked when I told them this place didn’t check vitals. Judgemental staff unless you’re one particular religion. Was given wrong information about my insurance and was told it would be taken care of automatically. Two days before the procedure it wasn’t done and I was told to call my insurance. So I had to cancel. Sounds like that was for the beat

  • I had not one but three encounters only 1 was good . I was a new dyalsis patient in-between jobs I was having problems with my chest Cath the nurse was told could not see me until insurance kicked in.. I have worked in healthcare over 20 we have never turned down a patient because of insurance. Visit number 2 was great the staff the procedure was awesome 5 star really. Visit 3 was again a nightmare and not because of covid this visit sent me over the edge I sat for an hour and 20 minutes in the lobby something about insurance ? I have seen you guys a few months earlier same year insurance did not change they were waiting on billing to check insurance uhmmm any other office checks all that prior ? My spot was on the books for 2 weeks. If it was needed to check if active it was 2 ways by calling and by checking online none of this was done I sat in waiting room then doctor came out looked at site and sent me home every one knows in the medical field you will get paid from medicare why not just do in-depth procedure to see why your patient is in pain? Wow just wow I would not recommend this facility to a dog...no I would recommend they close and start all over in the hiring dept

  • All here at the Snapfinger location of Azura were extra patient! Specifically, Toni was pleasant on our initial phone call and when we arrived for our appointment she was very pleasant. Our direct interactions with Michelle, John and Jarvis were excellent. The facility manager Tunisia was very professional. The quiet environment both inside and outside was comfortable. Thank you. We shall recommend this location to our friends, family and acquaintances who need these specialized services.
