New name and logo for Atlanta Access Care and Snapfinger Vascular Access; same commitment to delivering exceptional
MALVERN, Pa., Oct. 17, 2018 — Azura Vascular Care today unveiled a new logo and name change for two of its established vascular centers in the metro Atlanta area:
- Atlanta Access Care, located at 250 East Ponce De Leon Avenue, Suite 100 in Decatur, Georgia, is now known as
Azura Vascular Care Atlanta
- Snapfinger Vascular Access, located at 5246 Snapfinger Park Drive in Decatur, Georgia, is now known as
Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger
Dr. Kevin Sullivan, a board-certified interventional radiologist, is the medical director at both locations. Dr. Sullivan and his highly trained clinical team have been trusted local providers of comprehensive vascular care to the metro Atlanta area for more than a decade. “We have long been recognized as leaders in vascular care for dialysis patients,” states Dr. Sullivan. “Our approach is to provide our patients with the highest level of individualized care and compassion, ensuring the very best experience and clinical outcome possible.”
