In May of 2022, Ryan Valle assumed the role of President of Azura Vascular Care, a nationwide network of outpatient and ambulatory surgery centers specializing in high-quality and minimally invasive vascular procedures. Ryan also serves as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Development for Fresenius Kidney Care (FKC), an affiliate of Azura and part of the Fresenius Medical Care global portfolio.
Ryan began his career with Fresenius Medical Care in 2007, and since then, has held a succession of leadership roles ranging from Corporate Development to Mergers & Acquisitions, Physician Strategies and Operations. Immediately prior to assuming the role as President of Azura, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for FKC, and led an operational division created specifically to develop and implement strategies to improve the clinical and financial performance of the most challenged dialysis clinics in the portfolio. Ryan also spearheaded the comprehensive integration efforts of newly acquired clinics for the first-year post-closing.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College.
