Our board certified Medical Director, Dr. Michael Cook, is a highly trained and skilled specialist, leading the team to always deliver the best care possible. Our exceptional team of registered nurses is highly experienced and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association. To provide every patient with outstanding service without sacrificing warmth or personal attention is our goal.

The professional staff of board certified interventional nephrologists and interventional radiologists perform all necessary procedures to re-establish adequate blood flow through a poorly functioning AV fistula or graft. Our comprehensive skills enable us to treat and manage a wide spectrum of vascular access issues with the latest options available.
