Welcome to Pacific VascuCare!

Whether you are a patient or referring physician, you need safe, effective, convenient and personalized care. At Pacific VascuCare, we provide just that. Our state-of-the-art outpatient center is conveniently located at 1660 West 3rd Street in Los Angeles, California, and offers the latest in minimally invasive techniques for dialysis access management, peripheral artery disease treatment, uterine fibroid embolization and more.

Our vascular specialist, Dr. Edward Neymark, is an interventional radiologist board certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Neymark and our highly trained clinical team are dedicated to delivering far more to our patients, their families, and the diverse Southern California communities. Members of our staff speak English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin and Russian.

Our philosophy on patient care centers around delivering the most advanced care there is—combining clinical expertise and convenience, technology, and proven success with the warmth of your neighborhood doctor. We approach our patients with compassion, sensitivity and understanding, answering all questions and addressing all concerns so that they are comfortable every step of the way.

We are committed to improving the health and the quality of life for each patient, every day.

Vascular care has evolved. It’s about choices.

People living with vascular conditions don’t want overnight stays in the hospital, lengthy recovery periods and scheduling issues. They want to return to their daily lives quickly. We deliver a different healthcare experience; one that is invested in people, communication and best-in-class care.

At Pacific VascuCare, we are committed to superior service and delivering far more. Our patients can expect:

Prompt appointments For dialysis access management patients, Pacific VascuCare offers same day/next day appointments when at all possible, allowing you to return to dialysis quickly. Convenient scheduling of appointments is also available for the other treatments. At our center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission and return home to recover that same day.

Exceptional patient care Patients encounter a team that is kind and respectful, never indifferent.  Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable and kept well-informed.

Efficient and customized communication The team at Pacific VascuCare partners with your physician care team, focusing on coordinating your vascular care. Immediate post-procedure reports are sent to your referring physicians and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure.

Educational programs Educational support through our website, patient brochures and educational sessions help patients enhance understanding of their vascular condition.

If you are a current patient, thank you for entrusting your vascular care to the experts at Pacific VascuCare. If you are a new patient, welcome and experience the personal touch that our center provides.

Pacific VascuCare is a proud partner of the Azura network of outpatient vascular centers, delivering the most advanced care there is—marrying the resources and credibility of a national organization with the relationships, exceptional experience, and clinical capabilities of a trusted local provider.

Uterine Fibroid Embolization

Have you been diagnosed with uterine fibroids? Don’t worry. They are extremely common and treatable. Uterine fibroids are benign tumors that develop within the muscular wall of the uterus. If you have uterine fibroids and are symptomatic, you have a choice in your treatment options. Pacific VascuCare offers uterine fibroid embolization (UFE)—a proven, effective alternative to surgery to treat uterine fibroids, with less risk, less pain and less recovery time.

Peripheral Artery Disease

This buildup—called plaque—narrows your arteries, often reducing or blocking the flow of blood. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is most commonly seen in the legs, but also can be present in the arteries that carry blood from your heart to your head, arms, kidneys and stomach. Nearly everyone who has PAD, even those who do not have leg symptoms, suffer from an inability to walk as fast or as far as they could before PAD. In all, PAD affects 8 to 12 million people in the United States, especially those that are 50 and older. If you are diagnosed with PAD, the sooner you are treated, the lower your risk of the disease progressing. Talk to Pacific VascuCare about minimally invasive treatment options.

Port of PICC Line Placement

If you are receiving treatment such as chemotherapy, it may involve frequent injections and the need for accessible veins. A port or PICC placement can help make these procedures more comfortable for you, especially if your treatment requires frequent access to the bloodstream for medication delivery or blood withdrawal. Talk to Dr. Edward Neymark about how you can spare your veins from frequent needle sticks.
