Vascular care has evolved. It’s about choices.

People living with vascular conditions don’t want overnight stays in the hospital, lengthy recovery periods and scheduling issues. They want to return to their daily lives quickly. PIVAC delivers a different healthcare experience; one that is invested in people, communication and best-in-class care.

PIVAC is committed to superior service and delivering far more. Patients can expect:

Prompt appointments For dialysis access management patients, PIVAC offers same day/next day appointments when at all possible, allowing a prompt return to scheduled dialysis treatments. Patients seeking treatment for other vascular conditions will experience convenient scheduling of appointments. At the center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission and return home to recover that same day.

Exceptional patient care Patients encounter a team that is kind and respectful, never indifferent. Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable and kept well-informed.

Efficient and customized communication The team at PIVAC partners with your physician care team, focusing on coordinating your vascular care. Immediate post-procedure reports are sent to your referring physicians and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure.

Patient education: Patients see us as partners working to find the best treatment to fit their individual needs in vascular care. Online and printed materials are vital components of the patient experience and help patients to be well-informed about their health and available treatment options.

Whether you are a current or a new patient, thank you for entrusting your vascular care to the experts at PIVAC.

PIVAC is managed by Azura Vascular Care, a national network of outpatient vascular and ambulatory surgery centers. Peripheral Artery Disease

Peripheral Artery Disease

This buildup—called plaque—narrows your arteries, often reducing or blocking the flow of blood. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is most commonly seen in the legs, but also can be present in the arteries that carry blood from your heart to your head, arms, kidneys and stomach. Nearly everyone who has PAD, even those who do not have leg symptoms, suffer from an inability to walk as fast or as far as they could before PAD. In all, PAD affects 8 to 12 million people in the United States, especially those that are 50 and older. If you are diagnosed with PAD, the sooner you are treated, the lower your risk of the disease progressing. Talk to Dr. Brown about minimally invasive treatment options.
