Daniel Radack, MD

Daniel Radack, MD is an interventional radiologist who has dedicated his career to caring for patients with end stage renal disease, and performing interventional endovascular procedures to maintain the proper function of dialysis accesses. He is currently the Medical Director of Azura Vascular Care River City in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Radack earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed an internship at Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia, followed by a diagnostic radiology residency, and vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. The author and co-author of numerous journal articles, abstracts and presentations, Dr. Radack is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology and the Chesapeake Vascular Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and also earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in vascular and interventional radiology.
