Our fresh and modern center was created with the patient in mind; it is a warm space with no walls, allowing for easy interaction and a personal connection.

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in a timely fashion.  We provide treatment options for dialysis access management, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), uterine fibroids, varicose veins, and more.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Gastone Crea, along with the clinical team of board-certified and fellowship-trained specialists, are experts and leaders in the field of minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures. They are proud to serve the Bronx community along with our entire staff who represent the multi-cultural community we live in, speaking multiple languages fluently. Our goal is to deliver excellence, in both clinical outcomes and service.

We’re committed to superior service:

At American Access Care of the Bronx, patients can expect:

Prompt appointments: For our dialysis access management patients we offer same day/next day appointments when at all possible, allowing you to return to dialysis quickly. Convenient scheduling of appointments is also available for the other treatments we provide. At our center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission, allowing you to return home to recover that same day.

Exceptional patient care: Patients encounter a team that is courteous and respectful. Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable.

Efficient and customized communication: Immediate post-procedure reports are sent to your referring physicians, and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure. We partner with your physician care team, focusing on coordinating your vascular care.

Educational programs: We provide opportunities for patients to enhance their understanding of their vascular condition. We actively encourage patients to become their own experts by providing educational support through our website, patient brochures, and educational sessions.

At American Access Care of the Bronx we bring every patient an expert team of clinicians, dedication and compassion, safe and effective treatments, and convenience, with an aim to continually improve their vascular care.

American Access Care of the Bronx is a proud member of the Azura Vascular Care network of outpatient vascular centers located throughout the United States.  We partner with the top local vascular care experts to deliver best-in-class patient care, support and service excellence in each and every center.

Varicose Vein Treatment

Varicose Vein Treatment

Varicose veins are chronic and recurrent conditions. The variety of treatments available does not offer a cure, but rather a control of the condition. Successfully treated veins cannot come back. However, your inborn tendency to develop new veins will not be cured by this or any other form of treatment. Dr. Gastone Crea treats venous insufficiency completely, removing all backward-flowing veins, making your treatment for varicose veins as thorough as possible.

Uterine Fibroid Embolization

If you have uterine fibroids and are symptomatic, you have a choice in your treatment options. Dr. Gastone Crea offers uterine fibroid embolization (UFE)—a proven, effective alternative to surgery to treat uterine fibroids, with less risk, less pain and less recovery time.

Peripheral Artery Disease

Peripheral Artery Disease

This buildup—called plaque—narrows your arteries, often reducing or blocking the flow of blood. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is most commonly seen in the legs, but also can be present in the arteries that carry blood from your heart to your head, arms, kidneys and stomach. Nearly everyone who has PAD, even those who do not have leg symptoms, suffer from an inability to walk as fast or as far as they could before PAD. In all, PAD affects 8 to 12 million people in the United States, especially those that are 50 and older. If you are diagnosed with PAD, the sooner you are treated, the lower your risk of the disease progressing. Talk to Dr. Gastone Crea about minimally invasive treatment options.

Talk to Dr. Gastone Crea about how you can spare your veins from frequent needle sticks.

"I truly believe everyone is great at doing their job. VERY IMPRESSIVE…"
American Access Care Bronx

"In sum, American Access Care in the Bronx is an amazing facility. From the beautiful décor of the reception and recovery rooms, to the highly skilled staff, to the care and attention provided to your patients at every turn, your center is unmatched in its excellence. After many frustrating months of searching for quality medical services, I began to conclude "no one cares about Women's health". I was wrong. American Access Care does care - and for this, and all of the reasons above, I sincerely thank you."

"Each staff member with whom I interacted showed me that they cared about my comfort and my health; that they were compassionate as well as competent; that they worked well as a team; and that I was more than just another patient to them - I was a person."

"Just when I thought all hope was lost, I saw a New York Daily News article that discussed American Access Care's treatment of uterine fibroids, and the featured physician was none other than Dr. Dang! I was elated to find her and immediately made an appointment to see her at one of your New York locations. I later transferred to the Bronx office, and Mr. Figueroa, if it is at all possible, the Bronx office should be your flagship center. The entire staff is exceptional and they should train all of your staff around the country."

"My journey to American Access Care is worth briefly noting here. I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids over ten years ago, and I went to Dr. Yvonne Dang for a consultation at her previous hospital. My symptoms gradually became unbearable, but when I called several months later for another appointment, I had learned that she had left the practice. I was terribly disappointed because Dr. Dang is, without exaggeration, the best medical professional I have ever encountered. She exudes that rare gift of a great bedside manner that cements her physician-patient relationships and a foundation of trust. As my pain persisted, I consulted with other doctors, but found no one whom I trusted with my health like Dr. Dang, which is why I came here."

"I am writing to sincerely thank you and the superior staff at your Bronx, New York office for achieving your company's mission of high-quality, patient focused health care. As an attorney, I have never experienced the degree of professionalism and competence that I experienced at your center. As a patient, I was moved to tears of gratitude for the unparalleled compassion your staff extended to me. This is more than a simple thank-you letter; it is a written standing ovation for all of you at American Access Care."
