Saqib Zia, MD

Vascular Surgeon

Dr. Saqib Zia is a vascular surgeon specializing in dialysis access management, including fistula creations, graft placements, access revisions, and aneurysm reactions. He performs critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients, as well as peripheral arterial disease work. Dr. Zia treats patients at Access Care Physicians of New Jersey using the most up-to-date, pain-free techniques to help patients improve their quality of life.

Dr. Zia earned his medical degree from the King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. He went on to complete his internship in general surgery at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, and residency in general surgery at University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by a fellowship in vascular surgery at the Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York.

Dr. Zia is board certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery, as well as the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and apart of several societies including the International Society of Endovascular Specialists, the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, and Society of Vascular Surgery.
