Michael A. Curi, MD

Vascular Surgeon

Dr. Michael A. Curi is a vascular surgeon specializing in dialysis access management, including fistula creations, graft placements, access revisions, and aneurysm reactions. He performs critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients, as well as peripheral arterial disease work. Dr. Curi treats patients at Access Care Physicians of New Jersey using the most up-to-date, pain-free techniques to help patients improve their quality of life.

Dr. Curi earned his medical degree from Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He went on to complete two residencies in general surgery at the University of Chicago Medical Center, Department of Surgery in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Curi followed residency with a research fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Chicago Medical Center, Department of Surgery, and a clinical fellowship in vascular/endovascular surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine, Department of Surgery, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Curi is board certified in vascular surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and apart of several societies including the Society of Vascular Surgery and the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society.
