My first visit was changed without asking me for a different time. My follow up visit was also changed without any call to let me know. I live an hour away so this is 2 hours of my time, essentially half a day. I came on the day it was changed and the doc had left for the day. They said my appt was at 1:45 and I was told it was at 2:30 when the appt was made. The reminder call I received 2 days prior also said it was at 2:30. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional for any physician practice or any business. I will not be recommending this practice to anyone. This negligence negates any benefit of treatment given. Here with my dad as his driver. The wait was a little long but staff kept us informed. The staff was very nice and answered all our questions. They supplied me with a snack as I waited for my dad saved me because I was starving!
