Paul Toomey serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Azura Vascular Care, bringing over 30 years of healthcare management experience to the organization, having developed and operated hospital-based outpatient and free standing service lines. Prior to joining Azura, Paul held positions in diagnostic imaging (primarily vascular imaging), wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and hospital administration. During his career, Paul has been responsible for all aspects of operations and business development. His Master’s thesis from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health focused on the “Clinical Management of Hemodialysis Access”.
