James serves as our Senior Vice President overseeing our strategic roadmap for FMC Revenue Cycle since 2021 and most recently for Azura Vascular Care & NCP. Under James’ leadership, the focus continues to ensure timely processing of claims and collections of receivables, increasing reimbursement, accelerating cash, lowering costs, ensuring compliance, and eliminating waste, delay, and inefficiency – all while delivering a superior customer experience. James has held senior management positions in leading revenue cycle operations for hospitals, health systems, and physician group practices. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oakwood University and an MBA in Accounting from Webber International University. James resides in Florida with his wife and his two daughters.
