Dr. Todd Harris is a General Surgeon specializing in minimally invasive treatments for a broad range of vascular conditions. He performs critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients, as well as peripheral arterial disease (PAD) treatments, uterine fibroid embolization, varicose vein treatments, and more. Dr. Harris treats patients at Orange County Vascular Access Care, using the most up-to-date, pain-free techniques to help patients improve their quality of life.
Dr. Harris earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He went on to complete his internship and residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York, NY, followed by a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.
Dr. Harris is board certified by the American Board of General Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Medical Association.
