Salman Singapuri, MD, is an interventional nephrologist specializing in the critical maintenance, management and treatment of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. Singapuri practices at two centers in Decatur, Georgia: Atlanta Access Care and Snapfinger Vascular Access.
Dr. Singapuri earned his medical degree from Baqai Medical & Dental College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida and University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his time in Birmingham, Dr. Singapuri was Chief Medical Resident and Instructor of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in nephrology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, where he also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine.
Dr. Singapuri is a published author and experienced researcher and has received several awards and recognition for his work. He is a fellow of American Society of Nephrology, American College of Physicians and American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, where he serves on the membership committee. He is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
