Russ Saypoff, MD is an interventional radiologist specializing in minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins, thrombosis, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), and dialysis access management. He is the Medical Director of American Access Care in Hauppauge, New York.
After graduating from Stony Brook University with a BS and MS, Dr. Saypoff earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. He completed an internship at Coney Island Hospital and a residency in diagnostic radiology at Montefiore Medical Center and the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by an interventional radiology fellowship at Stony Brook University Medical Center where he was also an attending physician.
Dr. Saypoff is board certified in diagnostic radiology and has a subspecialty certification in vascular and interventional radiology.
