Michael F. Mastromatteo, MD is an interventional radiologist specializing in the treatment of varicose veins and venous disease, peripheral vascular disease, and aortic aneurysm repair. He is the Medical Director of Vascular Specialists of the North Shore located in Beverly, MA.
Dr. Mastromatteo received his medical degree from the National University of Ireland in Galway, Ireland. He completed his residency in diagnostic imaging at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.
In addition to his role as Medical Director, Dr. Mastromatteo is a staff interventional radiologist at North Shore Medical Center, Lowell General Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Previously, he served as Clinical Instructor of Diagnostic Imaging at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Mastromatteo is a member of many professional societies including American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America, Massachusetts Medical Society, and Massachusetts Radiology Society.
