Kevin Sullivan, MD, is an interventional radiologist specializing in dialysis access management and the minimally invasive treatment of uterine fibroids and varicoceles. He is the medical director at Azura Vascular Care Atlanta and Azura Vascular Care Snapfinger locations in Decatur, Georgia.
After graduating from Brown University, Dr. Sullivan earned his medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed his internship and radiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and his fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
A former Professor of Radiology and Chief of Service at two hospitals, Dr. Sullivan was voted a top doctor in “Philadelphia Magazine” and has authored numerous publications in the field of vascular and interventional radiology—recognized nationally for his contributions.
Dr. Sullivan is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in vascular and interventional radiology
