Dr. Jonathan Marx is an interventional radiologist highly experienced in all aspects of endovascular procedures, including dialysis access management, peripheral artery disease (PAD), and uterine fibroid embolization (UFE). He is the medical director at Azura Vascular Care White Marsh in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Marx earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (UMDNJ). He completed a radiology residency at Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey. Prior to specializing in radiology, Dr. Marx completed two years of a surgical residency program. He also completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland. Dr. Marx spent nine years as an attending interventional radiologist at Johns Hopkins, instructing medical students, residents and fellows.
Dr. Marx is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Marx is board certified by the American Board of Radiology with subspecialty certification in vascular and interventional radiology.
