Anton A. Cabellon, DO is an interventional nephrologist with more than 15 years of expertise specializing in dialysis access management procedures including endovascular fistula access creation and maintenance, central venous catheter repair/insertion/removal and resolution of catheter related blood stream infections. He is the Medical Director of Michiana Regional Vascular Center, Mishawaka, Indiana.
Dr. Cabellon’s commitment to improving vascular access outcomes for his dialysis patients includes all-encompassing research and he has been published in the peer reviewed journals of Hemodialysis International, The American Journal of Nephrology, and Cardiovascular Surgery Journal, among others. He was appointed Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Division of Nephrology, Indiana University School of Medicine where he currently lectures and serves on the Residency Executive Committee. He is dual board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine.
