At Virginia Beach Endovascular, we specialize in the care of ESRD and peripheral artery disease (PAD) patients by providing a full range of vascular services using the latest technology. Our highly trained physicians and staff take the commitment to excellence in vascular care as seriously as the diseases that we treat. This dedication has made us one of the premier vascular outpatient centers in the Virginia Beach community.

We understand how important it is for ESRD patients to be on a regular treatment schedule, and that reliable vascular access is an essential part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while on dialysis. At Virginia Beach Endovascular, we offer a comprehensive array of minimally invasive outpatient treatments to restore function to your AV fistula or graft so you can resume your normal dialysis schedule as quickly as possible.

With early detection and management of peripheral artery disease (PAD), the risk of serious adverse events, including limb loss, decreases significantly. We offer diagnostics and treatments for PAD, including arteriograms, atherectomy, angioplasty and stent placement.

We’re committed to superior service:

At Virginia Beach Endovascular, patients can expect:

Prompt appointments: At our center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission and resume normal activities quickly. Same day/next day appointments are available to our ESRD patients.

Exceptional patient care: Patients encounter a team that is kind and respectful, never indifferent. Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable and kept well-informed.

Efficient and customized communication: Post-procedure reports are sent immediately, and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure. We partner with your physicians, coordinating your vascular care.

Educational programs: We provide opportunities for patients to enhance their understanding of their vascular condition and to be empowered.

If you are a current patient, we thank you for entrusting your vascular needs to Virginia Beach Endovascular. If you are a new patient, we welcome you to experience the personal touch that our center provides.

Virginia Beach Endovascular is a proud member of the Azura Vascular Care network of outpatient vascular centers located throughout the United States. We partner with the top local vascular care experts to deliver best-in-class patient care, support and service excellence in each and every center.

Peripheral Artery Disease Treatment

Peripheral Artery Disease Treatment

This buildup—called plaque—narrows your arteries, often reducing or blocking the flow of blood. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is most commonly seen in the legs, but also can be present in the arteries that carry blood from your heart to your head, arms, kidneys and stomach. Nearly everyone who has PAD, even those who do not have leg symptoms, suffer from an inability to walk as fast or as far as they could before PAD. In all, PAD affects 8 to 12 million people in the United States, especially those that are 50 and older. If you are diagnosed with PAD, the sooner you are treated, the lower your risk of the disease progressing. Talk to Dr. Michael Marcinzyk about minimally invasive treatment options.
