Welcome to Snapfinger Vascular Access Center. Our practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive vascular care in the Decatur area. The services we offer include dialysis access management for ESRD patients.

Our goal is to provide every patient with outstanding service without sacrificing warmth or personal attention. Prompt appointments: Patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission. Same day/next day appointments are available to our ESRD patients so they may return to dialysis quickly, without interruption.

Exceptional patient care: Patients encounter a team that is courteous and respectful, never indifferent. Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable.

Efficient and customized communication: Communication with the referring staff, physicians and patients is a top priority; we provide follow-up reports to referring physicians within 24 hours post-procedure.

Educational programs: We promote patient education, for we believe that knowledge is the key to staying well.

Dr Kevin Sullivan, Interventional Radiologist, Medical Director

Kevin Sullivan, MD

Kevin Sullivan, MD, is an interventional radiologist specializing in dialysis access management and the minimally invasive treatment of uterine fibroids and varicoceles. He is the medical director at Atlanta Access Care in Decatur, Georgia. After graduating from Brown University, Dr. Sullivan earned his medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed his internship and radiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and his fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. A former Professor of Radiology and Chief of Service at two hospitals, Dr. Sullivan was voted a top doctor in “Philadelphia Magazine” and has authored numerous publications in the field of vascular and interventional radiology—recognized nationally for his contributions. Dr. Sullivan is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in vascular and interventional radiology
Dr Shukhrat Artikov, Interventional Nephrologist

Shukhrat Artikov, MD

Shukhrat Artikov, MD, is an interventional nephrologist specializing in the critical maintenance, management and treatment of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. Artikov treats patients at both Atlanta Access Care and Snapfinger Vascular Access in Decatur, Georgia. “I am truly passionate about doing the best for my patients. It’s very rewarding that the quality of my work is complimented by others. I also try my best to reduce waiting times so that patients will spend more time with their families instead of waiting for procedures in our centers,” states Dr. Artikov about his medical philosophy. After earning his medical degree, Dr. Artikov completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Rochester General Hospital in New York, followed by a residency in surgery at the National Research Center of Surgery in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Subsequently, he completed a fellowship in nephrology and hypertension, as well as a fellowship in interventional nephrology at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Florida. He is the author of several articles on arteriovenous fistulas and an active member of American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology and American Society of Nephrology. Dr. Artikov is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
Dr. Salman Singapuri, MD, Interventional Nephrologist at Azura Vascular Care

Salman Singapuri, MD

Salman Singapuri, MD, is an interventional nephrologist specializing in the critical maintenance, management and treatment of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. Singapuri practices at two centers in Decatur, Georgia: Atlanta Access Care and Snapfinger Vascular Access. Dr. Singapuri earned his medical degree from Baqai Medical & Dental College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida and University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his time in Birmingham, Dr. Singapuri was Chief Medical Resident and Instructor of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in nephrology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, where he also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine. Dr. Singapuri is a published author and experienced researcher and has received several awards and recognition for his work. He is a fellow of American Society of Nephrology, American College of Physicians and American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, where he serves on the membership committee. He is fluent in Urdu and Hindi. Dr. Singapuri is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine and he is also ASDIN certified.
