Dr. Jack Lohavichan is an Interventional Nephrologist specializing in the critical maintenance, management, and treatment of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. Lohavichan preserves and restores the functionality of their accesses at Metrolina Access Center in located in both Charlotte, North Carolina and Concord, North Carolina.

Dr. Lohavichan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. After earning his medical degree, he completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Emory University. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
