Located on Prospect Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, we offer minimally invasive treatments with excellent outcomes for a variety of vascular conditions. We believe everyone deserves safe and effective care. When you visit our modern and comfortable outpatient center in Brooklyn, you can expect just that.

When we first opened our doors over 15 years ago, we revolutionized the speed of which care is delivered to dialysis patients. Rather than being admitted to hospitals and staying for several days, our outpatient vascular center allows patients to get treated, and go home that same day. Our center has since expanded to offer minimally invasive treatments for dialysis access management, uterine fibroids, venous disease, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), and varicoceles.

Dr. Dean Preddie, our board certified and fellowship trained Medical Director, leads a clinical team of expert physicians, who use the most up-to-date techniques to improve our patients’ quality of life. Our philosophy is to always deliver the expert care, personal attention and compassion that all of our patients deserve, before, during and after each procedure.

We’re committed to superior service:

At American Access Care of Brooklyn, patients can expect:

Prompt appointments: For our dialysis access management patients we offer same day/next day appointments when at all possible, allowing you to return to dialysis quickly. Convenient scheduling of appointments is also available for the other treatments we provide. At our center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission, allowing you to return home to recover that same day.

Exceptional patient care: Patients encounter a team that is courteous and respectful. Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable.

Efficient and customized communication: Immediate post-procedure reports are sent to your referring physicians, and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure. We partner with your physician care team, focusing on coordinating your vascular care.

Educational programs: We provide opportunities for patients to enhance their understanding of their vascular condition. We actively encourage patients to become their own experts by providing educational support through our website, patient brochures, and educational sessions.

If you are a current patient, we thank you for entrusting your vascular needs to American Access Care of Brooklyn. If you are a new patient, we welcome you to experience the personal touch that our center provides.

American Access Care of Brooklyn is a proud member of the Azura Vascular Care network of outpatient vascular centers located throughout the United States. We partner with the top local vascular care experts to deliver best-in-class patient care, support and service excellence in each and every center.

Peripheral Artery Disease

This buildup—called plaque—narrows your arteries, often reducing or blocking the flow of blood. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is most commonly seen in the legs, but also can be present in the arteries that carry blood from your heart to your head, arms, kidneys and stomach. Nearly everyone who has PAD, even those who do not have leg symptoms, suffer from an inability to walk as fast or as far as they could before PAD. In all, PAD affects 8 to 12 million people in the United States, especially those that are 50 and older. If you are diagnosed with PAD, the sooner you are treated, the lower your risk of the disease progressing. Talk to Dr. Dean Preddie about minimally invasive treatment options.
